This is the second time we have used BBQ Rescue and once again we couldn’t be happier. Gabriel A was our service technician today and he spent over two hours completely restoring and cleaning our grill. We also had a problem with lighting / ignition. The grill looks like it’s brand new! Gabriel put down temporary protection and he methodically removed every part and throughly cleaned each component. I have to recognize his customer service and friendly personality. You can appreciate that,Gabriel is a young man that is going (and already is) to be very successful in life. Having met the owner of BBQ I appreciate that he employs a great staff.
