Though my grill was over 14 years old and I hardly cleaned it ( and looked like it), BBQ offered a solution when the cost to replace parts in my old gas grill was higher then actually getting a new gas grill at a lower cost. I was able to get a same day turnaround service and delivered on a new, good quality, gas grill that came with high ratings !!
