When the cooker box of my Weber Summit grill started rusting, I contacted Weber for a warranty claim. They sent me a new housing and I re-assembled it myself — not easy, and I didn't do a great job. I called BBQ Rescue and Andrew took it apart and assembled it correctly, and cleaned and tuned up the grill, AND as it turns out I should've called him in the first place, because BBQ Rescue does warranty repairs and gets the manufacturer to cover the labor. If I ever need service again, I'm calling BBQ Rescue first. It would've saved a lot of time and hassle, and would've gotten me more parts replaced than I got by calling on my own.
